Krousonas is a mountainous village in the foothills of Psiloritis. It has a wide tradition from fighters to the war till music. It is densely populated of 3,000 inhabitants. It is a self -efficient village that produces local goods such as cheese, wine, meat, raki, honey, vegetables, fruits and such as tasty apple . Every year the feast of apple takes place in the middle of September. There is the beautiful monastery of Saint Eirini with great history.
